You are understanding that you pet/s are guests of The Villages of Mountain Gap Resort.
You will keep your pet on a leash while outside on the property
You will not leave your pet in a room unattended
You agree to pay a $20.00 per pet fee per stay
You will clean up all waste from my pet on the grounds and dispose in the garbage.
You are responsible for all cost associated and all damage that your pet may cause in your rental space and the grounds while on property.
Therefore your credit card will be charged $200.00 CDN if there is any damage-physical and aroma.
